Brighton Collectibles - Web site is difficult
I have tried 3 different times to make a successful purchase, (for different items) and ended up communicating with the online assistant to resolve my attempts to sort through the items, add them to the cart (and remove some) and then actually make a purchase. I just now tried again and was not successful.
This time I had trouble with my password (which has worked in the past). I hadn't had problems with that before. It worked in the past, a month or two ago. However the on line assistant came "on-line" right away, seems the assistant expected problems, and we weren't disappointed.
I will continue to purchase items at the stores, but no more on-line attempts for me. In comparison, JC Penney phones me within 2-3 minutes, if there is an issue, any problem is quickly resolved, because we can talk to each other, instead of trying to do it by "texting."
